What is ``Leadership Academy``

Our Leadership Academy is a highly personalised online development program. Before starting, we’ll do a pre-assesment of your team. This will be followed by a series of modules covering subjects as self-leadership, how to lead people, emotional intelligence and leading change, among others.

This program can be customized for your team or you can sign up for the next open edition. These are the modules and their data in the open edition:

Pre-assessment:

On-line assessment regarding the potential of leadership, based on NEO PI-R LD, the most famous international tool for evaluating adult normal personality based on the Big-Five model of personality.

Self-leadership: 7-9 February 2022

Leading people: 2-4 March 2022

  • From vision to strategy and implementation plans;

Tools to develop others: 13-15 April 2022

    It lets us host one-to-one or one-to-many interactions, create breakout rooms to work in teams, share presentations, files and flip charts, and facilitate discussions between participants.

    It’s a tool that allows us to create interactive presentations and short quizzes to keep in touch with the public, engage them, and quickly learn their opinions, expectations and needs.

    This online design thinking tool allows teams to collaborate remotely on visual content and write, draw, connect, and organize ideas on a virtual workspace meant to facilitate retention.

    Google Drive Logo

    Participants will work on shared content and edit it simultaneously. They can work in any kind of document (presentations, spreadsheets, etc) needed for their individual or group activities.

    Group and structure

    • 12-15 participants

      The program is designed for groups of maximum 15 people, that will work and collaborate online. The small groups enable an effective learning atmosphere.

    • Price: 1650 EUR + VAT

      – 30% for enrollments between November 7 – December 7, 2021: 1155 EUR + VAT.
