Sorina is Senior Trainer, Coach & Consultant at Sfera Business. She has more than 10 years of experience in strategy, management & implementation of people processes for successful and rapidly growing organizations.
She has a Bachelor & Master degree in Psychology, she’s a Transformational Coach (ICF – International Coaching
Federation) and Neuromindfulness Coach (Neuromindfulness Institute). Sorina is accredited trainer ANC (CNFPA), Symphonia
Leadership trained consultant (Flawless Consulting International Program) and #IamRemarkable Trainer, supporting inclusion and self-promoting initiatives.
She had extensive experience in coordinating & implementing processes for the development of people, businesses & NGOs,
in organizations like OLX Group, Deloitte ERDC, ING International Tech Hub, Rinf Tech, ASPSE (Association of Students
in Psychology and Educational Sciences). Besides this, she has substantial experience in designing & facilitating learning experiences for local & international teams.
Last, but not least, Sorina is constantly investing a part of her time as a Volunteer for projects in Education.
